How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship orders out within 2 business days. Depending on the time, day of the week, and weather, we might have to hold this to ensure your livestock arrives alive. All orderrs that are shipped will be shipped next day air.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. You can also use the "Chat" button on our website to track your order.
Can I add to my order?
We do our best to ship orders out within 2 business days, which means we might not catch yours in time to modify it. If you'd like to modify your an order, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best. You can either email us or chat us at the bottom right corner of this window.
My livestock arrived DOA, what do I do now?
In the rare instance that your shipment arrives with a fish deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA), we're here to assist you promptly. Simply take a clear picture of the deceased fish on a flat surface and send it to us within three hours of the arrival of your shipment.
Depending on availability, we offer two options for resolution:
- Credit for Next Order: We'll provide you with a credit that can be applied to your next purchase, ensuring you can continue to enhance your aquatic paradise.
- Replacement: If feasible, we'll send out a replacement fish to you, ensuring your tank remains stocked and vibrant.
