Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11 am CST on business days (Monday to Wednesday) will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Please note that we do not ship orders on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Orders placed after 11 am CST will be processed and shipped out on the next applicable shipping day.

Fish above 10" will require airport-to-airport  with SW shipping due to faster transit times and safer handling. Buyer MUST be able to pickup within 2 hours after being ready for pickup at the airport.

Oversized or unusually large fish may require an additional shipping surcharge due to box size and carrier dimensional weight.
