Please note that we do not ship orders on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Airport-to-Airport Cargo Shipping Policy

To ensure the safest possible transit for our livestock, Tropical Tides Aquatics reserves the right to determine the most appropriate shipping method for each order.

While many fish can be shipped safely via overnight courier service, certain large specimens and heavier shipments may require airport-to-airport cargo transportation. Cargo shipping often provides a shorter overall transit time, reduced handling, and a safer shipping environment for larger fish.

Orders may be shipped via airport-to-airport cargo if any of the following apply:

• Large specimen fish
• Multiple large fish in a single shipment
• Heavy shipments exceeding safe overnight courier limits
• Orders where cargo shipping is determined to be safer for the livestock
• Orders where overnight carrier surcharges make courier shipping impractical

The decision to ship via cargo is made solely at the discretion of Tropical Tides Aquatics and is based on livestock welfare, shipping reliability, transit time, and overall shipment safety.

Customers will be contacted prior to shipment if airport-to-airport cargo service is required. We will work with you to arrange pickup at the nearest participating airport whenever possible.

Buyer MUST be able to pick up within 2 hours after being ready for pickup at the airport.

Our primary goal is to ensure that every fish arrives healthy and in the best condition possible.
