Live Arrival Guarantee & Return Policy

At Tropical Tides Aquatics, we take every step possible to ensure your fish arrive healthy and safely. All qualifying livestock orders are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee when the delivery requirements below are followed. Every fish is carefully packed and shipped with the goal of arriving healthy, active, and ready to acclimate to its new home.

To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee, the package must be received on the first delivery attempt. Someone must be available to accept the shipment when it arrives. Any Live Arrival Guarantee claim must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video of the fish in the unopened shipping bag.

Once the fish is removed from the original shipping bag, transferred, acclimated, or placed into an aquarium or container, the Live Arrival Guarantee no longer applies.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved DOA claims will be issued as store credit toward a future livestock purchase unless otherwise stated.

We care about every fish we ship and every customer we work with. If there is ever an issue with your order, contact us right away so we can review it and help as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals and biosecurity concerns, all livestock sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on livestock once it has left our possession.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including carrier delays, weather events, or missed delivery attempts.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Policy Updates

Tropical Tides Aquatics reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
