Tropical Tides Aquatics No-Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tropical Tides Aquatics. We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. 

All sales of livestock and products from Tropical Tides Aquatics are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any livestock once it has left our possession. To ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers, we have established the following No-Return Policy:

No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products purchased from our store unless there is a DOA (Dead on Arrival) issue, in which case, store credit will be provided for future purchases.

DOA (Dead on Arrival): In the rare event that you receive a DOA item, we can provide a replacement free of shipping charge. DOA claims are only valid if a picture/vidoe of the DOA item is provided within 2 hours of its arrival.

    1. If a DOA claim is approved, compensation will be issued as store credit only toward a future livestock purchase.
    2. Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable and non-creditable under all circumstances, including carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or weather.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit for a DOA item, the cost of the paid shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify our No-Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Order Cancellation: Any orders canceled by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
